Consultations will be reviewed within 48 hours, and if eligible, your prescription will be sent to Specialist Pharmacy who will ship your order out to you. You will receive an email with the tracking information.
Delivery time is usually around three to five days.
After 2.5 months, you will receive a follow-up questionnaire from us at each interval before your next treatment is due. For example, you will get a follow-up questionnaire at 4.5 months, 6.5 months and 8.5 months!
