Sometimes, in our bottles, our airless pumps may initially have pumping issues. This is a due to air bubbles getting trapped within the cream. Although we have implemented processes to minimise this issue, it can still occur during the transit process. The way to get rid of these trapped air bubbles is to tap or shake the cream with force on a hard surface between 5-10 times. This will mean that after a couple of pumps after tapping, the cream will start pumping equal volumes.
